I purchased a new 2011 corvette 31 Dec 2011 from Bachman with Mike Davenport as the salesman. The negotiation process was average for this transaction. My husband and I were searching for a new Tahoe. We had been traded a Tahoe in for a different brand and were dissatisfied. We researched dealerships on the internet prior to driving to Louisville to the been traded a Tahoe in for a different brand and were dissatisfied. We were looking for a color that wasn't currently available and decided to go ahead and test drive one that they had. At no time did we feel pressured to make a quick decision. Upon the conclusion of our test drive we decided to go ahead and purchase the Tahoe even though it wasn't our first color choice. From the first hand-shake to present, we have received nothing but outstanding service from the entire staff at Bachman. We had to take our vehicle in to get a zylox coating and were met wit friendly professionals. Even in the midst of their construction everyone was friendly and professional. Mike went over every detail on the car and even set the car up to connect with my Iphone for me. He also made sure that the remote link for the Onstar was working properly before we left. I had a couple picky request when I bought the car and Mike had them taken care right away. We worked with Mike Davenport, and had a very good experience buying our 2011 Suburban. We actually had money down to hold a Suburban at another dealership, but Mike was not going to let us out of th experience buying our 2011 Suburban.
