My husband and I drove to John Jones in Scottsburg to look at their trucks. My husband was a Ford man and never had a Chevrolet truck. We were greeted by a very pleasant sales consultant Steve Caudill . He was very professional and knowledgeable of the inventory and was very easy to work with. After test driving a 1500 V8 Silverado 6.2 High Country my Ford man is now a Chevy guy. We highly recommend this dealership and the friendly staff. They make you feel like family.

They went above and beyond. - WILDINGSAGE

They went above and beyond. I think they did more than what was required to make things smooth.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took a little longer than usual and the clerk was a little overwhelmed but overall I got what I was there for.

Joe did an amazing job. - Jtmarling4

Joe did an amazing job. He met us at the door, walked us thru the process, and walked us out the door. He went above and beyond to help us get the vehicle we wanted, and then some. We would highly recommend stopping to see Joe!

The service dept. at Herb Jones Elizabethtown is outstanding! Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I got my desperately needed oil change; which was amazing since I was 25 minutes late. The service didnt take long and I couldnt have asked for a better price. I highly recommend Herb Jones. They have a way of making you feel like family.

They’ve had my work truck for 2 weeks now and it’s still - Sapp6718

They’ve had my work truck for 2 weeks now and it’s still not fixed. Communication is very poor. The past two times they’ve worked on my truck parts “got lost” in transit. That’s hard to believe it happens every time.

This is for Michael Olson in the service department ! - Mgaalto44

This is for Michael Olson in the service department ! We were in Louisville on vacation from Wisconsin when our truck window was broken out in downtown Louisville by thieves. I contacted the service department to help and Michael Olson was fantastic from the beginning. He was able to get us a window locally, get us into the service department the same day and get us back on the road by the next morning to continue our travel plans. This was a life saver as there was no way to secure the vehicle . It would have been easy for Michael to tell us they were booked when everyone is busy and everyone wants their stuff done right away. Michael’s kindness and willingness to help was incredible . Indoor this reviews makes it to the management of Montgomery Chevrolet and to other dealerships across the country . This is the type of service that makes a lasting impact on people and someone like Michael deserves to be recognized for his efforts. Michael and his service crew went above and beyond to help when we were In a very difficult situation and is very much appreciated. Thank you! Mike and Lori

Yes, I am very dissatisfied With Big M, Radcliff, KY. - WCLangford6

Yes, I am very dissatisfied With Big M, Radcliff, KY. I have had more issues dealing with these people from getting financed to having to pay hidden fees before I could drive the car off the lot. Additionally, I was told we would keep our old plates, "we will take the tags off the trade in and send them to the clerk and they will be reassigned them to the new vehicle," so they said. That was a lie. Also, we have had the lender reach out to us concerning things that should have been taken care of at the dealership. The lender was close to reversing its decision on the loan. One would think that someone who has bought 2 cars from these people would get a bit more respect. I made the mistake of dealing with them twice, but never again!

Nothing but a SCAM! - bassetdobe

Nothing but a SCAM! Don’t honor their word or stand by their cars! They don’t respect or care about their customers. Don’t waste your time or your health. Me and my children are dealing with exhaust fumes in a 2021 Tahoe for the 3rd time!!
