this is the 3rd car, within 3 years, that I have purchased from this dealer. I have purchased alot of cars, but have never been treated so nicely. He is extremely "tech savy" and knows all of the car's electronics and gadgets, but most importantly, he knows how to use them and can demonstrate their abilities. Most dealerships tell me that the car is voice activated, but cant show me how to use the functions. Mike knows it all!!!! I had a cam shaft lifter go bad on my 2009 Chevrolet Silverado. I bought the truck while living in Virginia. I took my truck to Bachman Chevrolet’s service department. My service consultant was Susan Silverado. I bought the truck while living in Virginia. I took my truck to Bachman Chevrolet’s service department. My service consultant was Susan Whelan. She was very friendly and immediately got my truck back to the service department. The mechanic Matt (did not get his last name) diagnosed the problem in minutes. Susan said it was all covered under warranty but they would have to keep the truck for several days and possibly over the weekend. I told her I was doing construction out of town and really needed a truck to haul tools and pull a trailer. She got me a fully loaded truck off the lot and said to get it as long as I needed. When I got my truck back it was not only fixed but Matt had the engine as clean as brand new the way I keep it. Salespeople may sell you your first car but service people like Susan and Matt keeps you coming back. My next vehicles will be purchased from Bachman Chevrolet. Thank you both. More
