I would like to say that my experience with this dealership was none like I have ever experienced before. I have bought and traded a lot of vehicles over my lifetime and always have dreaded the expe dealership was none like I have ever experienced before. I want to point out that my salesperson(s) were Devin Davis and Lee Hysinger, they both were extremely helpful, very polite and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The day I negotiated my deal with Lee, I then met with Mr. Steve Farmer to arrange the financing. I was still somewhat apprehensive about what charges or additional fees, etc.., might get added to my deal once I arrived at the finance office so I elected to hold off until I had spoken with my local banker. The process with my bank took a couple of days and even though I felt their deal was a good one I decided to see what the dealer came up with, (knowing I could always elect to still use them). I returned a couple of days later on Friday and closed my deal with Mr. Jerod Sims. Both gentlemen were very helpful and extremely nice to deal with. However Jerod closed my deal and arranged my financing and helped me get and even better rate than I had been told by them (or my bank), while also giving me the option of adding a five year service agreement in my payment for only $7 per month which gives me the piece of mind knowing that I don't have to worry about any expensive surprises coming up for the next five years or 100,000 miles which covers all my trucks major mechanical items, (drivetrain, engine, transmission, rear end, etc). I was able to get to know Jerod and quickly found out that he is a stand up quality guy, always putting his customers well being as a top priority. As a businessman myself I understand the dealership needs to make money as any business does, but the feeling I left with was a feeling that I was important to them and that they truly and sincerely wanted to make my experience a pleasant one. I had a few issues that came up with the vehicle I was purchasing prior to my closing the financing and taking delivery of my truck and they assured me that they would take care of them to my satisfaction and did not try to come back to me with extra charges to fix these items. I could tell that after my meeting with Jerod that working for Bachman wasn't just a job to him and that he really enjoyed who he worked for. I could also tell that the Bachman family really treats their employees as if they were family. I had been looking for some time for a truck to upgrade to that would fit my needs for years to come and had spoken to a lot of dealers prior to finding this truck and finally making a deal that I felt reasonably good about. In closing I can only say that my experience with Lee, Devin, Steve and Jerod was very positive and one that stands out. I will tell everyone I come in contact with about my positive and pleasant experience with the Bachman Auto group. Friendly and down to Earth. My salesperson was very helpful in negotiating my trade in value and getting me what I wanted. He spent additional time to make sure I had all the information about the car's features I needed. I was greeted at the door by a young man who took me name and recorded the milage. He introduced me to Susan Whelan who confirmed my appointment, estimated the amount of time needed and showed me the waitin and recorded the milage. This was all made possible, thanks to Mark Acorn for getting GM involved with a slightly expired warranty issue and finding a solution palatable for GM and me the customer. Bachman has a state of the art facility with very friendly employees and I hope to make my next truck purchase there. More
My wife and I decided to look at a Volt. I had purchased a 2012 Owner's Manual from Helm, Inc. to learn more about the vehicle. We arrived at Bachman on a Wednesday morning and was greeted at the door by a salesman. I told him that we came to look at a Volt. He said that Mike Davenport was the man to see! Mike gave us a test drive. We left that day with a lease on a Volt with the colors and options that we wanted. Mike is a great salesman and a great person to boot!!!!!!! More

Overall experience was OK. There was little effort made by dealership/salesman to "bargain" with me. I knew what car I went in to see and I bought that car.
