Our salesperson was great , he knew how to set up and show us how to use all of the gadjets in my new truck ,and he had the same great skills two years ago when we bought my wifes new car . Our family bought a new Chevrolet from Bachmann. I recently purchased my second car from Alex Rosas at Bachman Chevrolet and I have to say that my second experience surprisingly surpassed my first experience. There are several things that I could say Bachman Chevrolet and I have to say that my second experience surprisingly surpassed my first experience. There are several things that I could say about Alex, but the main thing that stands out to me about Alex is that he is truly a salesman who understands the customer and goes to bat for the customer. The first vehicle that I purchased, I picked out online and called the dealership and Alex is the person that I happened to be connected with. I am very thankful for that. I came in at about 8pm with my two kids, who at the time were nine and six. They had been at school all day and were not really in the mood to go hang out at a dealership. I told that to Alex over the phone prior to driving to the dealership. I live over an hour away, so I told him that I wanted to be in and out and that i was going to have my kids with me. When we got there, the vehicle was detailed and ready to go. Of course we had to do our paperwork, but Alex made sure that my kids had a place to hang out, they had plenty to eat and drink and most importantly he made them feel like they were a part of the buying process. They loved the experience and for my nine year old daughter, the car we traded in was the only car she could ever remember having. Alex was great with her, letting her say goodbye to "Max" one last time and he even made sure she had her picture taken with "Max." To this day, she will ask me to get the pictures out so she can see "Max" again. When we decided to trade again, both kids asked if we were going back to see Alex. Either they are really smart or Alex made a heck of an impression on them. I told them we were going to see Alex and they were very excited. He remembered them and they obviously remembered him. I was looking for a very specific vehicle this time and again Alex came through. We did everything over the phone and when the vehicle was found and at the dealership ready to go, that is when Alex told me to come get it. I really appreciate the fact that Alex respects my time and does everything he can to make sure we do as much as possible ahead of time. He was able to find the vehicle I wanted which, was over 250 miles away and they went and got it for me. My kids love it and of course Alex did not disappoint them again. He made sure that they had everything they needed while we did the paperwork. I stated it before, but I will say it again. Alex understands what is important to me not only in purchasing a car, but in life. He took the time to understand how I communicate and what I wanted out of my experience and then he delivered. I am not a big fan of being on the phone all day, so he texted me and I texted him. He would only call me if it was something super important or if it was something too complicated to explain in a text. I really appreciate his flexibility and willingness to work on my terms.
