My wife and I have been looking for a Tahoe for about a month. On July 4th we decided to spend the day traveling to different dealerships. Bachman was the first for the day. We stopped in to check their inventory. Mike Davenport approached us to ask if we needed assistance. My wife had fairly specific parameters in mind for her Tahoe. Bachman had on in stock that met almost all of them. During the test drive and all the interactions we felt very connected with Mike and that we were not being hurried or pushed. Mike even acquired lunch for my wife since the transaction started at10:00am and was not complete until 2:00pm. It was a very nice experience. We were looking to trade our Mustang for a Corvette. Went to auto trader and gave our mustang information. We dealt with Tom V. With e-mails and phone calls. He kept us updated on everything. When we got there, both vettes were there and ready for a test drive. We found the car we fell in love with. The only thing we found that wasn't working was the key fab. Larry said that wouldn't be a problem, and we received our key fab in four days. I was looking for a C-5 Corvette Z-06 and was willing to drive a long distance for a great car. After weeks of looking and trying to put together a fair deal, I found Bachman Chevrolet in Louisville KY. We drive a long distance for a great car. We spoke on the phone a few times, I told them the car I was going to be trading and after a few calls we put together a fair deal. I live in Florida and the drive to Kentucky was going to be 14.5 hours one way! I felt very comfortable with the dealership and didn't worry that the car wouldn't be just as good as it was pictured and described. Being such a long drive I left at 2:00 am and figured I would be at the dealer by 5pm. Since they closed at 6pm the day I was to arrive, my salesman Kelly Pridemore said he would wait for me even if it was after they closed. I arrived at 5pm and after a little paperwork, I was on my way home with an excellent Corvette and a wonderful customer service experience. The dealership went out of their way to make me feel comfortable even mentioning that the National Corvette Museum was on my way home and gave me directions. What a great car buying experience!
