My car was ordered in mid-August prior to any production of the model by the manufacturer making it impossible to determine when the car might be delivered. Since I needed to sell a car and ultimately be of the model by the manufacturer making it impossible to determine when the car might be delivered. Since I needed to sell a car and ultimately be ready to accept delivery of the new car, I asked that I be kept in 'the loop' with regard to its production and shipment. The car was delivered December 3, 2013, and Mike Davenport was with me all the way giving me the updates I needed. I was able to sell my car and get my finances in order such that the car was delivered at the first opportune date. At delivery, Mike took all the time we needed to become acquainted with the technological equipment as well as the every date operating features of the car. Mike is to be commended for delivering a level of service which exceeds customer expectations. More

However, through your professional approach, your impressive command of the technology in your vehicle (as well as your competition), your obvious enjoyment in selling, and your ability to communicate with total strangers made the afternoon of November 1st a most rewarding experience for us. I ended up at Bachman Chevrolet after having our previous vehicle totaled in an accident. The dealership, and especially Kelly, understood that we were going to be waiting approximately ten days for our vehicle totaled in an accident. The dealership, and especially Kelly, understood that we were going to be waiting approximately ten days for our case to be settled and therefore didn't put any pressure on us to buy immediately. Using TrueCar for pricing made the negotiations very easy. Ryan emailed me almost immediately and kept up a friendly, but non-pressure filled dialogue while I did my research and shopped around. Bachman was by far the best price on the vehicle I wanted. Kelly was friendly and helpful the entire way. His product knowledge was excellent, unlike some of the other dealers I visited. Even when Steve and Kelly knew we were still a few days away from receiving our check but in need of a new vehicle, they allowed me to settle the balance a few days later when my check was supposed to arrive. Then to top it off, the insurance company further delayed our payment by a week, but Steve was completely flexible in allowing me to postpone things a bit but I was still driving my new Equinox. I cannot give a higher recommendation to Kelly, Steve, and Ryan and I am 100% happy with my experience at Bachman Chevrolet. This is my second time buying from a Bachman dealership (Subaru being the first) and I would certainly send anyone their way who was in need of a vehicle. More

My experience with Bachman was great. They went above and beyond my expectations and made a potentially nerve racking experience very enjoyable. The salesman I worked with (Dan DaPonte) was terriffic. Being a 10 year Ford pickup truck owner, I was leery about buying Chevy. Dan answered all the questions I had (and a few I couldn't even think of), and made me very comfortable in my purchase. He truly knows Chevy products, and found me a great deal on a new Silverado, and hooked me up with a payment plan that was within my budget. He even went as far as buying touch up paint and touching up a small chip on the door that was barely noticeable to begin with. Truly great experience. I would recommend Bachman to anyone. More
