My Dream Car…just 1,100 mi’s away. I live in Austin, TX & I looked all over the web for weeks, to find just the right car. My Search lead me to Bachman Chevrolet and Mike Davenport. I’d never stepped foot in Bachman Chevrolet or even been to KY before, but after reading the outstanding reviews of the Dealership I gave them a call. From the first time I spoke with Mike, he went out of his way to make my Wife and I comfortable enough, to buy a car 1000 mi’s away…sight unseen. As you can imagine, that takes an enormous amount of trust in the person and Team on the other end of the phone. Mike picked me up from the airport and when we got to the Dealership, the car was already prepped and ready to go. We took a short test drive and I was on my way, headed back to TX within an hour. I have purchased a number of vehicles from various Dealerships and Salespeople over the years. That said, I’ve never experienced a Salesperson go as far as Mike to provide such a personalized buying experience. I have owned the car a month now and could not be happier with the vehicle and my purchase. My only complaint, is I don’t have enough time to drive the car more. I highly recommend Mike Davenport and Bachman Chevrolet. More

Great Team I waited a few months to write this review because the day we bought our Traverse another recall was issued. To see how Mike in sales and the entire service department worked together to make our experience as best as they could is why I am writing such a positive review. Three times now I have emailed or called Mike with little questions about features of the car or questions about the warrenty. Each and every time he has gone above and beyond to help us out. No Pressure I was looking for a used Camaro with Mylink and spent months looking online for the car I wanted. I drove a couple of Camaros at Bachman and worked w I was looking for a used Camaro with Mylink and spent months looking online for the car I wanted. I drove a couple of Camaros at Bachman and worked with Jeff Smith. Jeff was good to work with and patient as I waited for the "perfect car". Due to the ignition recall, I wasn't able to drive the car I was interested in for a couple of weeks. Jeff contacted me when the recall was completed and due to my schedule I wasn't able to get to the dealership for a few days. Jeff was off work on the day I was able to get to the dealership and I worked with Mike Davenport. I liked the car and Mike went the "extra mile" to make sure I was happy with my Camaro. More
