My girlfriend and I were meeting her cousin and her fiancé for dinner and had some time to kill. We told Dan we had dinner plans and didn't plan to do anything right then. He spoke with us for a few minutes and got a feel for what I was looking for in a truck, he brought around one to look at gave an excellent/detailed run down on the features and offered to take us for a test drive. After we got back he said he knew we didn't plan to do anything and just asked for a few minutes to introduce us to his manager, we were gone 5 minutes after the test drive no pressure sales tactic. He emailed a link to the truck that I test drove so I could look at it again on my time. The results were a great truck at a great price without any harassment or hassle. Something I hadn't experienced when looking at Fords and Toyotas. More

He asked us what model and color we might have in mind in the future. He had one in stock, and brought it into the showroom and parked it within a few feet of where we sat. In two days we were driving that car home. Mike Davenport is a man who evidently knows what it takes to please a customer. He even took care of some things he wasn't required to do.
