If you buy a vehicle from Bachman Chevrolet, you bought one from a dealership that the service department lacks customer service. Bob Alvey told me directly in front of my service rep that the reason I had trouble with my truck is because it was lifted. Keep in mind, I bought this 80K truck black widow package from them already modified because they claimed it would be cover under warranty. The A frame snapped shooting me 5 feet across the center line of the road at 15K miles and he wanted to be an a** to me and very rude in general. My monster went out, had me drive up to install and the guy who programs was not there to install. Oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours alone. They mailed parts to fix my truck to my house, not the service department so had to make another 100 mile round trip. Sales manager Creed Fowler was great, purchase was great, just don't buy from them if you want service until they fire some people who are running the department. Hope this helps, BUYER BEWARE More
I don't have a good experience to share about this company and inconvenience and lack of respect for my time due to purchasing a brand new 2022 chevy equinox from them April of 2022, and for my brand company and inconvenience and lack of respect for my time due to purchasing a brand new 2022 chevy equinox from them April of 2022, and for my brand new tire to have a plug in it, my windshield is cracked, my starter went out last month and my car is back again because it is struggling to start, white smoke is coming from the tailpipe and the check engine light is on!!! To make matters even worst, they are not accommodating me by providing me a rental to at least get to work!!! They give me an appointment time to have my vehicle looked at, and it's still sitting on the lot untouched!!! Purchasing a vehicle from Bachman has me without a vehicle and paying for Uber rides to get to work!!! I am highly upset with how I am being treated!!! 03/02 update from today. I received a call from Mr Creed about my reviews, I explained to him the situation about my car and he assured me that he has spoken with Mr. Alcorn and that they are working to provide me with a rental and that he would contact me later on today (03/01) I haven't heard back from him, that was at 10:32am yesterday. I did however get a text message from the service representative Conrad telling me that my car was ready and there were no issues with my car. Even though my car would not start up on 02/28 my birthday by the way, the check engine light was on and white smoke was coming from the tailpipe. I asked him, you mean to tell me nothing was wrong with my vehicle. He said no. And then I inquired about my windshield Conrad said oh GM determined that it was road hazard. So I said you mean to tell me that your saying something hit my windshield while I driving? He said yes. I told him, I figured you guys would say something like that, but ok. Then I confirmed again that he wanted me to come pick up my car. He said yes, then I sent him the status that my chevy app gave me with 5 warnings of something is wrong with my vehicle. Then I called for a ride to take me to pick up my non working vehicle so that I can have it checked out elsewhere. Then Conrad calls me back asking to keep my vehicle another day, still without providing me a rental, I said go ahead. Today 03/02 the time now is 3:30 I have been calling and texting Conrad for an update on my vehicle and still have not heard a word. I AM HIGHLY PISSED OFF WITH BACHMAN CHEVROLET!!! More
