I looked on Google, Facebook, YouTube and read his internet reviews before contacting him via email. I had to see if I would get the same level of service. Well, within a day, he replied on email, the following day we texted, the following week, my car was ordered. He stayed connected with me through the process and I drove up to pick up my ride when it arrived to the dealership. As promised, it was everything I wanted, at the most competitive price, and excellent customer service. He knew exactly what he wanted when it came time to purchase. The one we wanted was at Bachman, so there we went. Just like when we were browsing, we were not "hounded" immediately after driving onto the lot like at every other dealership. We looked on the lot for the specific vehicle we were after and couldn't find it, so I began walking to the showroom. I was met outside my Mike Davenport and after saying a couple of things, he knew exactly what vehicle I was looking for and immediately went and got it. We worked together until the lights were turned off (literally) but finally left with the vehicle. What we loved most of all was the no pressure and weren't treated like prey from all of the sales staff! More
