I met Mike in a social situation and when it came time to purchase a vehicle I immediately thought of hi This is how buying a used vehicle should be. I met Mike in a social situation and when it came time to purchase a vehicle I immediately thought of him. I made contact with him and Mike took the information I gave him and said, "Let me work this out for you." The next day we discussed the vehicle that I was interested in, a 2014 Silverado LT Z71. After a couple of phone calls and a few text messages back and forth for a few hours, we had the financing set up and had the deal close enough for me to make the 100 mile drive to the dealership. Leaving work and arriving 45 minutes before Bachman Auto Group closes for the evening, we finished up the final deal and got the payments that my wife and I were comfortable with. Jacob took care of the financing and had us out in 15 minutes. We were literally signing the paperwork 24 hours after calling Mike and informing him of which truck we were interested in. We could not ask for a better experience and would HIGHLY recommend anyone interested in a new or used vehicle to contact Mike. He keep me informed, notifying me the day the car was produced, shipped, etc. The car arrived on time (six weeks) and I was given the red carpet treatment at the pickup of the vehicle which was a pleasure. I had been looking at Chevy Colorado's in the Knoxville, TN area, but could not find one exactly how I wanted it. Most Chevy dealers had one or two 2016 Chevy Colorado's, but Bachman had at least six. Did the original deal through messaging and drove the three hours to get a look at my truck and drove it home. Very pleased with how the price given to me before I arrived at the dealer was the exact price I paid for the truck. Jerrod Sims in financing was great as well and got us an awesome interest rate. They really did everything they could to help us. Very satisfied and the experience was well worth the extra drive. More
