Jim was thorough and detailed on the steps I need to use the navigation system, and he answered all of my questions. He was patient when I needed information to be repeated. He also gave me instruction on other features of my car. I now realize that my BMW has features that make it even more enjoyable. More

Horrible BMW Dealership!! First off, their Gen. Mgr. has been there only one year, and simply has NO CLUE about BMW service. They sold me a car that had been in a rear-end acci First off, their Gen. Mgr. has been there only one year, and simply has NO CLUE about BMW service. They sold me a car that had been in a rear-end accident to the tune of $8,000 worth of damage without alerting me to this fact, and to make amends, simply extended the warranty from 6 mths. to one year. Then, when repairing a wheel bearing and TPMS, they "forgot" to re-bolt the TPMS. When repairing my passenger-side window module, they flashed the entire car's programming, erasing my DCT tune... and refused to claim responsibility, stating that I should've let them know the tune was present. When having a window unit repaired. Lastly, when I asked about compensation for their error and/or where in writing they stated that a customer was responsible for alerting the SA to an added tune, I was told, "We'd like you to not return, we don't want your business." STAY AWAY!!! With Sun Motors in Carlisle, and Lancaster BMW as close as they are, there's no reason to take your Bimmer here! More

Great Experience I needed to purchase a new car. I went to Apple BMW, but wasn't sure which Series I wanted to purchase. Joe D, the enthusiastic salesman, helped me I needed to purchase a new car. I went to Apple BMW, but wasn't sure which Series I wanted to purchase. Joe D, the enthusiastic salesman, helped me to narrow my search. I decided that the Series 2 was the car for me. They had several on the lot, but I wanted a specific color with specific features. They suggested that I order the car with the color I wanted and with only the specific features I wanted. Usually a dealership tries to encourage you to buy a car on the lot, but they told me they wanted me to be totally happy with the car. I picked up the car today and I am so happy with it. The experience with Joe DeLise was wonderful and made everything so easy. I would highly recommend this dealership and the staff that made this purchase go so smoothly. Special kudos to Jim Munsey who explained all the technical options on the car. More
