My wife and I were searching for a 2008 BMW 750Li with a certain level of equipment and low mileage. We found the vehicle we were looking for at Apple BMW. The client advisor that we worked with was Jared Baker. Jared and I worked on the phone for a week before I had an opportunity to travel to Apple to look at the vehicle. Jared was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make the drive worth it. We successfully completed the deal and I drove the vehicle home. This is the first time that we have purchased a vehicle 'long distance' and the process has gone relatively smoothly. There have been a few bumps in the road, but Jared and the folks at Apple have worked with us to work things out. I recommend Apple BMW with out reservation and I especially recommend Jared Baker to anyone that wants to deal with a very professional client advisor who is also one heck of a nice guy. My sales associate, Dave Sharp did a great job explaining the vehicle, the price and handling my trade-in. I worked with Bruce Massey for financing and delivery and was treated with respect and professionalism. Others dealers had cars that were close but they really didn't work hard to earn my sale. Dave Sharp kept me informed of all decisions and made the purchase easy and fast. In fact, of the dozen or so vehicles I have purchased, this was the easiest, most pleasant experience I have ever had. Thanks to the folks at Apple BMW, including the service department, Rose and JR in parts. And a special thanks to Jim who spent time with me reviewing complicated technology systems that required some extra help. All in all, Apple is a fine dealership. Wish they had one in Baltimore.
