I recently purchased my certified pre-owned BMW from Rob Stevens in Wilmington. Having owned BMWs for the past 20 years, I have had my fair share of experiences with dealerships. First of all, my two favorites are Wilmington, NC, and Sudbury, MA. Both were filled with immaculate, new, and certified vehicles. Instant enjoyment on its own! Step in the door and you will find smiles all around, staff and customers alike. By far, my best experience (on the purchasing side) was with Rob. You expect the sales team to know what they are doing, but Rob had over-the-top knowledge of the vehicles on the lot and patience as explored. Perhaps most importantly, was that I felt comfortable trusting Rob's answers to my many questions and felt respected. Often women have to worry about that. The icing on the cake (besides buying my car) was working with Scott Amedy. Bear in mind, I was keeping them both late but never felt rushed or bad about asking for the details of extended warranties. I will save you some time, and Scott some too. Get one! Thank you both.
