Attentive staff; efficient service This review is for the service center in Middleburg Heights. I went first for an oil change, and then to get new spark plugs. Both times I dealt wit This review is for the service center in Middleburg Heights. I went first for an oil change, and then to get new spark plugs. Both times I dealt with Cassie. Cassie was straight-forward, and clearly communicated what needed to be done. I drove all the way over to Middleburg from the east side, due to poor service at a different dealer's service center. It was worth the time, as Cassie and the technicians were very efficient, timely, and respectful. I would both return to this service center, and recommend it to other BMW owners. More

BMW dealer garage expensive? I think it costs too much to have work done by the dealer garage. But I also know the shade tree mechanic i use for my other cars didnt' swap the cabi I think it costs too much to have work done by the dealer garage.
