I came in for an oil change and mentioned an SOS error message. I sat for 2 hours wondering what was going on. Nobody came to tell me anything. I finally went to the back to see what was happening. I sat for another hour. No coffee. Three hours later someone brought me a warm water. I was extremely upset that I sat there for 3 hours. They joked about it which was even worse. Totally unacceptable. They need to learn how to communicate with the customer if it is going to be a 3 hour job before they start the work. I missed work because of it. I will not be back. I'll go anywhere else. Ruined my whole day. More
