The service of the oil change and looking at the issue was great however John was very cocky and seemed to want to tell me I was wrong with what the problem was. Funny, the same problem with the seat belt was great however John was very cocky and seemed to want to tell me I was wrong with what the problem was. Funny, the same problem with the seat belt warning light and sound going off keeps happening even after BMW checked it. I explained it’s the seat I’m in while driving. He told me not to have my purse or phone cord on the seat. I followed those directions and it happened again. I would not return to work with John again. That is why I gave it 3 stars. More

Service group is very nice but my car is still not fixed and really with less than 10,000 miles on it I bought a LEMON and really should get a new car. Its been in shop for 6 weeks since I bought it.
