The BMW of Westlake is where I take my 328ix 2015 to be serviced. They always manage to be able to fit me in for service whenever I need it done. Men's toilet broken. I don't know why I had to go to the parts department to get the key I purchased since I was getting service on my vehicle. Somewhere in the $475 spent on the key an employee could've wa parts department to get the key I purchased since I was getting service on my vehicle. Somewhere in the $475 spent on the key an employee could've walk the key over to the Service Dept. It took a couple of trys to get the key programmed but eventually we had success. I never received the estimate of other maintenance that was suggested by technician. I was very displeased with my visit to my local BMW. More
