When I first approached the dealership, I had never owned this brand of vehicle and consequently had a lot of questions in regards to well it handled the roads in the winter time. I really appreciated not only the time they took to thoroughly review every detail I had considered to be vital, but to not hover while I contemplated my decision. To me, that phenomenal customer service shows they are only after your highest level of customer satisfaction, not making their monthly quota. More

Let me start by saying that I like this brand and have had a few BMWs over the years. My friends and colleagues would probably refer to me as detail-oriented, picky or maybe a pain to deal with. Lease was up on my coupe and I wanted to try something a little different. I just missed a good deal on a relatively scarce convertible (by less than an hour or so). Even with the extra work involved, Brooks and Frank found several comparable cars, let me pick which one I wanted and got the car to the dealership in time to qualify for the special leasing that BMW had to offer. Heroic efforts by all. Fred was very fair on my trades. In general, Frank has had a noticeable positive impact on the dealer's customer-facing attitude and approach in a very short period. Fred is always great to work with. Brooks is a very professional and has a lot of knowledge about the vehicles. He's a great listener as well. More
This is my third vehicle from Ganley BMW having worked with Client Advisor, Ken Delk from the start. Ken is certainly knowledgeable about the brand, but my experience goes beyond that. Sometimes the smallest details carry the most weight; as having a window decal with significant sentimental value transferred to my new car without my asking...thanks for that Ken! Further, I had a specific color and interior in mind, and though it took some doing, Ken was able to locate the vehicle in another state and had it delivered as promised. In working with Finance Manager, Mike Hall for the first time, I found him to be both professional and courteous. He advised me of the "add-on" protection options available but was never pushy, which made for an overall good experience. There are many dealerships with whom I could do business. For me, customer service is an important factor in the process. All things considered, as long as I drive the BMW brand and Ken is a part of the team, I will definitely be a Ganley client. A.
