Final edit to my original review… Sai and Craig did a great job of taking care of me the day I bought my vehicle. They were kind and knowledgeable. They were willing to work with me on trade in value of great job of taking care of me the day I bought my vehicle. They were kind and knowledgeable. They were willing to work with me on trade in value of my car and through the negotiations. The time to finish my purchase seemed a little long but not terrible. I did run into an issue with transparency around receiving the title, when signing they did not tell me they were waiting on the lien release from the previous owner. I was only told that I would receive all the final paperwork in the mail about two weeks after my purchase, but i did not receive it until 4 weeks after my purchase. The dealer did pay for the late fee for paying the taxes after 30 days. Overall I will say I was satisfied with the process and my purchase. I would recommend asking questions and get direct answers if you are not walking out of the dealership with the title. More

I was treated fantastically throughout my experience by everyone involved, the owner came over to check on my experience, and Grayson was extremely professional for the entire day. She answered all of my questions, and she never hesitated to get keys to let me look in a car or drive a car. Her main goal was to find me a vehicle I would be happy with, and she did that and more. Grayson was sweet and kind, and she explained every step of the process to me. She was fantastic about explaining the features of the car, and was very helpful. I can't recommend her highly enough, and I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. I will be buying all of my cars in the future from Grayson! More
