I found the perfect car for me in the middle of the night and emailed about it instantly. The next morning I received a text from Dzevad about setting up a test drive and if he could answer any questions I and emailed about it instantly. The next morning I received a text from Dzevad about setting up a test drive and if he could answer any questions I may have about the vehicle. I was in the area and stopped in and right from the moment I walked in the customer service was amazing. From the receptionist to Dzevad to Armin in finance. I was in and out in no time with my new vehicle. Dzevad made me feel comfortable in knowing I was getting a great vehicle and answered all my questions. He was great to work with and made the situation stress free and Armin made the finance side of things smooth, stress free as well and was able to get me approved so quickly. I would highly recommend them to others, especially family and friends. I absolutely love my new vehicle!!! More

This was the first time I've ever purchased a vehicle without physically being there. I can honestly say it was probably the best experience I've had. Unfortunately I had a bad experience after setting up a visit to test drive a car. Appointment to test drive was made on Friday and test drive would be Saturday. I would be driving two hours so checked wit visit to test drive a car. Appointment to test drive was made on Friday and test drive would be Saturday. I would be driving two hours so checked with dealer before closing Friday to make sure car was still available. I was told car was not sold yet and was available. Halfway to the dealer Saturday morning I was contacted and told the car was not at the dealer and unavailable because it was sent to a local dealership for warranty issue. I was told it would not be available until the following week. I expressed my frustration and salesman said the repair was fixed and they would get the car so I could test drive it. I continued on my journey and by the time I got there they told me it was sold to someone else. It would have been nice to have a little more courtesy in this situation. I feel they could have done better than this. More
