She listened, gave helpful advice on our car search, and didn't rush us to make a decision. When we (finally) found an option we liked, she worked with our schedule for test drives and addressed any concerns immediately: we heard a noise - she had a mechanic check it out and fix it asap. She also kept us in the loop every step of the way with timely and informative emails and texts. Prior to this I had been working with a BMW dealership 2 hours away because I'd had such poor experiences in St. Louis, especially with male sales staff (some of which I encountered at BMW West St. Louis and I commend Veronica for dealing with microagressions in a work environment). That said, Veronica changed my mind about shopping locally. She respected my subject matter knowledge and made the effort to help find just the right vehicle for our needs. I think he always guides me as to what and when to purchase each time. He is friendly, honest and professional. He’s always available when I have a question or need before and after the sale.
