There was some confusion with car availability; drove 1. 5 hours to view car, we previously checked on and said was available, upon arrival it was not and was being serviced. We ended up buying from a private seller and found BMW sales people, in general, didn’t really negotiate prices very much and added too many fee’s. That being said, we didn't get this far with this dealership therefore may have been different, but was our experience with 5-10 other dealerships we attempted negotiation. Salesperson and Manager were great and very nice, they had no control over the miscommunication about the car, the service the dealership is using for bookings has a disconnect that needs to be addressed. Manager even offered to give me gas money for the wasted trip. Dealership was very clean and people were friendly. More

We bought our first BMW from Brandon in his first year at West County. I think we've bought 5 or 6 others since then. When I was looking for a new vehicle about 18 months ago, he spent significant time wit West County. I think we've bought 5 or 6 others since then. When I was looking for a new vehicle about 18 months ago, he spent significant time with us, eventually finding the right 5-Series for us in their in process pre-orders so we'd get it sooner than if we had ordered it at that time. He's currently looking for another car to replace one I foolishly traded in a couple years ago & have regretted ever since. He's our guy!!! More
