I am old, and in over 40 years this has been the Best car buying experience from Start to Finish. From beginning with Josh Dworman in sales and finishing with Bob Whay in finance, it could not have been bett buying experience from Start to Finish. All dealings were extremely efficient with guys that communicate well and are very personable. I chose to get an extended warranty. No upselling on their part. I believe I got a very good price from MAP which has better reviews than most of these third party companies. I will end with something that was extremely impressive! I was buying a used vehicle for around 25k. I felt like I was treated the same as a guy buying a top of the line beamer. More

Craig Jr was a exceptional good listener in regards to what I was looking for and was able to help me with my search for the type of vehicle I wanted. I had a lot of questions and he was very patience and what I was looking for and was able to help me with my search for the type of vehicle I wanted. I felt very comfortable with both of them, neither one of them were pushy are rushful in trying to get a sale but was very attentive to my need in what I was looking for. There was some confusion with car availability; drove 1. 5 hours to view car, we previously checked on and said was available, upon arrival it was not and was being serviced. We ended up buying from a private seller and found BMW sales people, in general, didn’t really negotiate prices very much and added too many fee’s. That being said, we didn't get this far with this dealership therefore may have been different, but was our experience with 5-10 other dealerships we attempted negotiation. Salesperson and Manager were great and very nice, they had no control over the miscommunication about the car, the service the dealership is using for bookings has a disconnect that needs to be addressed. Manager even offered to give me gas money for the wasted trip. Dealership was very clean and people were friendly. More
