Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I dealt with the salesperson, finance manager, and BMW genius mostly, and all three were great. I had a persistent rattle and creak in my 5 series and when I had the car in for service the shop techs were unable to locate it. A few days later Ibrahim was good enough to ride with me and pinpointed t when I had the car in for service the shop techs were unable to locate it.
