Best deal in the country I found a great internet deal on a somewhat unusual, particular used car at BMW of West Springfield. So I flew in from Minnesota to buy the car. Before I did their man Justin was absolutely honest in describing and testing the car, so that I did not waste my time and airplane ticket. He held the car for two weeks for me with a credit card deposit. Upon arrival, their man Paul picked me up at the airport. Justin was awesome to work with. I bought the car and drove it 20 hours to get back home. A few days later I got a call from Justin to make sure I got back ok and that the car was working out. The dealership even worked with me on the fact that I would be out of state if I would happen to have a warranty problem (which I have not). I could not be happier with the car and with the dealership. I travelled 1400 miles to shop there, you should give them a try. John Gerold Monticello, MN More

Bryce (the salesperson) answered a myriad of questions throughout the day and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the car, pros/cons, terms of the leasing agreement, and just about anything else. Great customer service. I had called BMW of West Springfield regarding an X1 that they had in their inventory. I was linked with Bryce Piemonte, whom was very pleasant, accom I had called BMW of West Springfield regarding an X1 that they had in their inventory. I was linked with Bryce Piemonte, whom was very pleasant, accommodating, and no pressure. I am a Connecticut customer, and have a very challenging schedule. Bryce made it possible for me to take a car home to show to my wife, and also was competitive with his pricing. Unfortunately we decided to go for another make and model, but the experience at BMW of W. Springfield was great thanks to Bryce. I would certainly revisit him and the dealership when I'm in the market for a BMW. More

DON'T LET THIS OUTRAGE HAPPEN TO YOU - AVOID THIS PLACE! 10/13/15 ONE STAR REVIEW - BMW OF WEST SPRINGFIELD MA ?First to Review This is my first yelp review and I couldn't wait to post it - do NOT go to 10/13/15 ONE STAR REVIEW - BMW OF WEST SPRINGFIELD MA ?First to Review This is my first yelp review and I couldn't wait to post it - do NOT go to this dealer for service or you might be victimized like I was! I live in Connecticut and I phoned yesterday to set up an oil change appointment. Dan in service told me there was a $49 special (great price!). I made an appointment for 10:10 a.m. and told him I would be waiting - with my dog (he said it would be OK). When asked, he assured me "it would take between an hour and an hour and a half." This is important because I live nearly 40 miles from the dealership. BUT - guess what happened when I arrived there at about 9:45 this morning? A woman there and Dan acted as though they never heard of me or know of the appointment I made. I had to remind them. Then Dan asks - as if he didn't already know - "will you be waiting?" "Well...yeah! I told you yesterday," I replied. Well, he says, "because it will take at least four hours." FOUR HOURS? "You promised me it would take an hour to an hour and a half." "We had a lot of cars today and everybody's waiting," he says, without an apology or hint of remorse or a sense of responsibility for the upset he has caused. Nor did he seem to care that he was going back on his word. THEY ARE NOT TRUE TO THEIR WORD. He then told me he'd talk to his manager. It was all baloney. He spent one second in the guy's office. Neither showed any remorse or a sense of responsibility for the mess they'd gotten me into. "The earliest the manager says we can get your car in is about two hours." (Then the job would take about two hours.) In other words, he's repeating the outrage he told me earlier - that he was not honoring the promises he'd made to me the day before. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!!! I simply said..."OK, Dan, I can't do business with you guys." And I suggest you spare yourself a similar waste of time and outrage. They really should have compensated me for my lost time, mileage, gasoline spent getting there and the fact that I'd now have wasted a day on which I could have gone elsewhere. SPARE YOURSELF THE GRIEF AND FIND A RESPONSIBLE DEALER! More
Worth the trip up from Connecticut This dealership is by far the best BMW professional dealership around. Living in Connecticut, it is worth the trip up versus the Hartford BMW dealer. The level of professionalism and willingness to work with you is outstanding. I have visited the BMW dealer in Hartford a few times over the years and the level of arrogance there was insane! I found this dealer a highly approachable and professional staff. They were extremely easy to work with and listened to all of my needs for a new car. More

From the test drive to the drive event where I had competitors cars to drive right at the dealership to working on building my own vehicle and finally negotiating the purchase, I enjoyed the process.
