I had an issue with my 335i that was never before seen by myself (an automotive broker) or the service department. After changing plugs and coils (by myself and a master mechanic with whom I regularly work), the idle went to 6500 rpm. The team at Gengras methodically hunted down the issue. They kept me updated daily and provided a loaner while my car was being worked on. They were beyond friendly and always answered any questions or concerns I had. They went above and beyond for me and my car going so far as to talk directly to the engineering team at BMW in Germany so they could remote diagnose the issue. When I got my car back all the issues were corrected and it now drives like a new car. I have had hundreds of service appointments over my 30 years of car ownership and this service department is professional, friendly, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond consistently for even the slightest concern. I cannot recommend them any more highly. A huge thank you to my warrior service advisor Joshua M and my technician and miracle worker Alan. You have a customer for life. More

Same issues have not been fixed I bought a pre-owned 2013 BMW 3 series active hybrid about 1.5years ago. Within that 1.5 years, the car had been in the dealer for more than 10 times I bought a pre-owned 2013 BMW 3 series active hybrid about 1.5years ago. Within that 1.5 years, the car had been in the dealer for more than 10 times for the same issues and it has never been fixed. it was great for the frist month, but afer that, it started slight shaking when it was idling and got worst everyday. Just got it back from dealer (10days in the shop). They told me that they needed to replace 4 tires so they could do a test drive so i did and hopefully they will solve the issue but disappointed. I will keep bringing it to the dealer until they will solve the issue for me while my car still under warranty. More
