Bryce Piemonte is your GUY at BMW of West Springfield!!!! I went to turn in my 16 Nissan Maxima for another lease because a horrible dealership and Nissan Consumer Affairs experience. Same issues have not been fixed I bought a pre-owned 2013 BMW 3 series active hybrid about 1.5years ago. Within that 1.5 years, the car had been in the dealer for more than 10 times I bought a pre-owned 2013 BMW 3 series active hybrid about 1.5years ago. Within that 1.5 years, the car had been in the dealer for more than 10 times for the same issues and it has never been fixed. it was great for the frist month, but afer that, it started slight shaking when it was idling and got worst everyday. Just got it back from dealer (10days in the shop). They told me that they needed to replace 4 tires so they could do a test drive so i did and hopefully they will solve the issue but disappointed. I will keep bringing it to the dealer until they will solve the issue for me while my car still under warranty. More
