10+ year customer very disappointed with Service Dept. Wrote down Service Advisor's description of work to be performed. Once work was completed, it was approximately $1,200 higher than expected. Was told by another Service Advisor I should question the invoice. Was informed by Service Mgr. they record telephone calls so he would research this then call me back. One week later I had to call. Was left a message that amount paid was correct. Still waiting for return call so I can listen to the telephone call. Service Dept has done a poor job building any loyalty or trust here. I suggest getting any service quote in writing. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, More
This dealership has not only has the worst customer service, they are outright liars. My vehicle was kept for 30 days. I closely monitored my vehicle via GPS. It sat in the parking lot for two weeks service, they are outright liars. My vehicle was kept for 30 days. I closely monitored my vehicle via GPS. It sat in the parking lot for two weeks without being touched. Next it was in the shop area for a day and then at someone’s home in Westfield MA 8 Modena Circle. Driving a vehicle that supposedly was undergoing extensive repairs. I already know they did not perform the tasks that are stated on the work order, as I’ve had another mechanic confirm this. I have the GPS records showing the location of my car at their home in Westfield. I am contacting a lawyer and I’m going to sue this dealership for fraud. More
The saleswoman was wonderful but the General Manager was clearly a sexist. He spoke to me like I was a child. This is one of the best dealerships around. We usually deal with this awesome guy Christopher. But the last time we came in I was so excited to see my old sales person Vinny had transferred there and is deal with this awesome guy Christopher. Watch your back with this outfit! We brought our leased vehicle back and turned it in. We got charged for two worn tires. The problem is we took the original tires off when we took delivery. They sat, in b vehicle back and turned it in. We got charged for two worn tires. The problem is we took the original tires off when we took delivery. Jason this morning was very welcoming and made my process very easy with getting my car in for detail this morning. I was in an out in 5 minutes and my shuttle was waiting for me outside. Just visited BMW of W Springfield to search for a replacement vehicle for my wife. Bryce Piemonte greeted the both of us in the showroom. We describe what she was looking for in her next vehicle. He walked us through the lot to show us various models. She selected the 330I after test driving it. Bryce was very helpful in answering any questions we had. He worked for us to get the best deal on our trade and the bottom line on the 330I. Upon delivery 2 days later, he was very thorough in explaining everything the car had to offer. No pressure sale and very comfortable to speak and deal with. I personally would go back to this dealership and work with Bryce. Top notched!! More
Sloppy service work and poor customer service. Brought my M4 in for 10,000 mile service and check engine light came on within 80 miles. Emailed them and Erica said someone would contact me. Found loose engine components /engine trim cover askew upon opening hood. I am taking to another dealership to have checked out. Also contacting BMW USA Will never return More
