I searched far and wide for the particular color combination and options I wanted on a 3 series- when I had almost given up hope of getting what I wanted and thought I may have to resort to a factory order or settling for options I wasn't thrilled with,I went to BMW of West Springfield and encountered Norm Caruolo who introduced me to Jason Paolettta,did I ever luck out. Norm and Jason were both very patient,knowledgeable(Jason as a former BMW technician knows his stuff) professional and worked diligently to understand my wants,As a business person I never had much time so they worked around my hectic schedule,between email,fax and phone calls, I was able to not only get my dream BMW but did so painlessly...by far the best buying experience I've ever had!! Chris is always available to answer questions and spent a lot of time with me explaining the techy parts of the car when he delivered it to me. Norm Caruolo handled the financing part of the transaction and also was great to work with. He was friendly and informative and took the time to explain warranty options and go over the paperwork. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am in sales myself ( real estate) so I understand the value of top customer service and that is what I received from Chris and Norm.
