No service after sale from sales manager I bought a pre owned 2011 X 5 from BMW West Springfield in March of this year. After several months of trying to like the car, I couldn't as it was to I bought a pre owned 2011 X 5 from BMW West Springfield in March of this year. After several months of trying to like the car, I couldn't as it was too big for me. I had always owned 5 series sedans prior, but bought the X 5 to transport my grandchildren. So I decided to contact the sales manager who I did the deal with (Chris Hughes). He returned my original email, where I told him that I would like to try and do a deal on a pre owned 5 series, telling me he was on vacation. That was in August. After repeated emails, then calls to the dealership, I never was able to reach him. At one point, a sales person called to see how many miles I had on the car (49,000) and I never heard back from him either. It makes you wonder what is wrong with the car they sold me, that doesn't want them to take it back in trade. Regardless, I travelled 100 miles to this dealership, and feel totally scammed. I will be contacting BMW USA in New Jersey to make them aware of this surprisingly bad service. More
The worst dealership experience I've ever had This has been by far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a dealership in my life. I've recently visited to take a look at a used G35x whe This has been by far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a dealership in my life. I've recently visited to take a look at a used G35x where I was met by Robert Melendez. The car was not on the lot and he told me the reasoning behind this was because another employee took it home and would be in touch with me tomorrow to let me know what was going on with the car. The next day I waited for a call, and decided to reach out around 4pm and see what was going on. That is when I came in contact with Stephen King and told me that the car was indeed on the lot and he would have it on the upper lot where I could take it for test drive. When I showed up, the car was nowhere to be found. When I approached Robert he was extremely rude and told me he didn't call me and confused why I was there. I reminded him that he told me he would call me regardless which he failed to do and he continued to be unprofessional. He said he would look for the car and get Stephen for me. 20 minutes past and there was no sign of either of them and decided to go find Stephen myself and get to the bottom of it. I finally found him, where he told me that the car was sold and he tried getting ahold of me but conveniently called the wrong number even though I wrote it down as legible as you can possibly do. Whether this was just a way to not deal with me or lacking attention to detail its completely unacceptable and reflects highly on upper management. I put up a facebook status and tweet and it seemed like ALOT of people are not happy with your dealership. I will be going higher up with this complaint and will continue to discourage everyone from giving your dealership. Your employees should be reminded that they are car salesmen not brain surgeons and should show some humility More

Bryce was very friendly and accommodating about test driving the vehicle (even for multiple visits). It is also very nice to be able to view service records of the vehicle and vehicle history without having to show any commitment. The negotiation process was very professional and honest. Upon agreeing on the price, the paperwork was handled in a very respectful manner. The transaction process was very quick compared to other dealerships. Bryce made sure everything would come together, follow through the process to insure the customer is happy. Being very picky about dealerships and sales reps, I would recommend Bryce Piemonte to anyone I know for a vehicle purchase. More

He provided me with some very reasonable figures on a 3 series and an X3. This was my first time leasing and Bryce did a great job helping me understand the leasing process. This supportive approach helped me make a decision with confidence. What did surprise me was that the BMW I looked at actually turned out to cost less per month (all hidden fees included) than the Lexus IS and Audi A3 we were also considering. BMW of West Springfield offers great value. As long as Bryce stays at BMW of West Springfield I will make it my first stop when looking for my next vehicle. More
Disappointed Had a deal with West Springfield dealership until I went with my son so he could buy a 14 4 series coupe. Transaction and communication went well until Jerome made his offer for the trade in value for son,s 07 3 series coupe. Jerome, in our opinion, low balled value of trade and refused to negotiate or move from his initial figure. He became defensive and refused to explain how he arrived at that figure and was defending his position without merit. Accused my son of calling him a liar and took the "take it or leave it" position and also reneged on his original figure for the new car. When I reminded him that he was originally 1500 below what was eventually agreed to for my trade he remained defensive and unmovable, (he originally offered 18000 but came up 19500 for my trade). As i stated i already had a deal in place but left with my son feeling uncomfortable with Jerome's adversarial attitude and unprofessional demeanor. We went to Hartford and they offered my son 1500 more for the trade and 500 less than what Jerome's offer was and if we both both cars there they offered me an X3 for 400 less than what I agreed to with Jerome. Took the deal with Hartford to save money and send a message to the West Springfield dealership, which ended up losing 2 sales. I felt bad for Bryce, met with him and apologized, as he lost the sale to me for reasons beyond his control. he was great and very helpful but there wasn't anything he could do to turn this around. If Jerome had a taken a step back and reevaluated the situation he could have saved both sales but unfortunately he allowed his ego and arrogance in this situation to get the better of him. More
Excellent This car dealer is been so excellent to us. The entire dealership is so professional. We bought our BMW with as low as 0.9% APR and at good Price. They did give us a good price for the trade in we did for Acura RDX. Steve the sales person is been so excellent and even the financial person who helped us with the finance is been so informative and helpful. I had a 6 months baby and without taking too long time due to the baby and we getting frustrated they did finish all the work very soon. 1 year we are driving the BMW and its an excellent car. The guys drove the car to our home and we got the car the very next day. I get very scared with car dealers but this dealership gave me the best experience. I dont have any complaints about them. I would recommend everyone to Gengras. More
