An excellent dealership and one of the best BMW dealers in the Northeast with whom I have dealt. Jason Gunn is an outstanding General Sales Manager: he dealt with me in a genuinely engaging manner, asked p in the Northeast with whom I have dealt. Jason Gunn is an outstanding General Sales Manager: he dealt with me in a genuinely engaging manner, asked pertinent questions and listened carefully to my answers and my own questions, and left me feeling we had struck a deal that was fair and informed. He assigned Tiago Dias as my salesman, and I was not only impressed by Tiago's friendly manner but more importantly by his very extensive knowledge of the car in which I was interested, a 2018 740e: he knew and explained a huge number of details, and I was especially impressed by his knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, hybrid and electric vehicles. I can honestly say I have never dealt with a salesman--or a dealership--as well versed on new technology. I've also dealt with Ed Zawacki, the Parts Manager, and he went more than the extra mile to supply me with a full spare tire kit for my new car even though the kit itself had been discontinued (he assembled all the necessary parts, in record time, and left me a very pleased and grateful customer). I can't rate the Service Department yet because I am still waiting for them to correct a few electrical problems I have had since I bought the car--typical BMW issues such as the trunk opening on its own and a defective Smart Key--but I hope to revise this review shortly if and when the issues are corrected to my satisfaction. Overall, highest marks for a dealership in which key individuals such as Jason, Tiago and Ed deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction. I recommend them without reservation to anyone interested in a new or used BMW, and especially a hybrid or electric! More

I always have an unpleasant experience each and every time I go here. I find that they pick and choose which customers they're going to provide acceptable customer service to while making the remainder f time I go here. I have been going there for over 5 years & unfortunately there is no other BMW service center in my local area. I have never received a coupon, car wash voucher, complimentary key chain, or even have my fluids topped off on service visit. In talking to other customers I became aware that they do receive these types of service as well as pleasant attitudes while I constantly received the opposite. And speaking to my peers that also have BMWs they have found alternatives to going to the specific dealership to service their vehicle because of the way the staff interacts and treats most customers especially if you are not a older Caucasian male from what i observed.. 10+ year customer very disappointed with Service Dept. Wrote down Service Advisor's description of work to be performed. Once work was completed, it was approximately $1,200 higher than expected. Was told by another Service Advisor I should question the invoice. Was informed by Service Mgr. they record telephone calls so he would research this then call me back. One week later I had to call. Was left a message that amount paid was correct. Still waiting for return call so I can listen to the telephone call. Service Dept has done a poor job building any loyalty or trust here. I suggest getting any service quote in writing. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, More
