I dropped my car for 3 recalls to be fixed it took 7 hours and Bradley service advisor said it’s all done and ready when I went to pick it up he said the airbag recall not fixed because it’s not availab hours and Bradley service advisor said it’s all done and ready when I went to pick it up he said the airbag recall not fixed because it’s not available no communication at alls or apologies, they called me after 2 weeks they said come for service for the recall I dropped at 8:40 until 4pm no text or call or update so I tried to reach Mr Bradley but no answer and I left message with service representative for him to call back never he did, I got message the car not pulled in yet at 3:47 so after 7 hours then 3 minutes your car is ready !!! It’s unprofessional and unacceptable service I didn’t complain on the first time because I said it’s okay maybe he is new but it’s seems that’s his level of attitude and customer service very disappointed . More
