I received a message in the comments section to call the General Manager back - I do and I leave a message. 3 weeks later the message still isn't returned. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT!!!! Bad customer service at BMW of West Houston starts at the very top and trickles down. The GM had no intention on making good on their crooked behavior she merely wanted to give the perception publicly that they actually care by posting in the comment section. Incidentally, they also never changed the oil as is customary with most other dealerships.
