Stay away! Plain and simple. There are other BMW dealerships that are more honest and respectful of your time. My story: Was looking for the X5 and found Plain and simple. Called on Friday night (10/14/22) right before closing time and spoke to a salesman who confirmed that the vehicle was still on the lot and was available for purchase. Perfect! We scheduled an appointment to come in at 9:30 AM Saturday (10/15/22) to look at the vehicle. Saturday morning comes and we drive the 40+ mins to get there and meet with the sales rep. The sales rep then informs us that “the vehicle was sold on Friday…but since I have you in here why don’t you look at some of the other cars I have!” Oh really? The vehicle that you promised was available was sold in the 5 minutes between us calling and your store closing on Friday night? And even if that was remotely true, don’t you think you should call and tell us rather than have us waste our time driving out to your location for nothing? Nope. We got up and walked right out. It is unbelievable that BMW West Houston cares so little about your time and would try to pull this stunt…would just say anything to get us in the door and hope that we would still buy from them? No way. So my advice to any potential buyer? Go somewhere else. There are plenty of other dealerships to buy from. Find a place that is honest and isn’t trying to pull a fast one on you. More

I did review before on the excellent service they have in this location. Today I will speak about my purchase experience. I dealt with two great gentlemen; Ali and Moe. Both of them are very hard working persons. They work hard to gain customer satisfaction. They do their best to have a smile on your face. They made my purchase experience smooth and easy. All the paperwork has been done upfront to save me waiting time. The car was ready upon my arrival. They kept their word for everything they promised to do for me. I did place an order for my BMW X3. All options ordered were accurate, the color I wanted, not a single mistake. Every time I go there, I’ve been treated with respect and smile on the face. I am in medical sales field and I do value customer service anywhere I go. BMW west houston, is a great location where you get fair and nice treatment. You feel that they value you as a customer, from the moment you step in the facility. I just had my license plate done on Saturday. I spent 5 minutes, and I’ve been greeted the moment I arrived, and customer service team were on top of it, and have it installed in no time.
