STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! !! The worst customer service from top down!! I have dealt with dozens of luxury and non-luxury dealerships in the past and BMW of West Houston by f !! The worst customer service from top down!! I have dealt with dozens of luxury and non-luxury dealerships in the past and BMW of West Houston by far was the worst, they are borderline thieves! I purchased a 2023 BMW X5 New on 3/28/23, flew from Dallas to Houston to pick the vehicle, only to be waited over 4 hours in finance department to sign the paper. There, Richard Beard, the finance manager would use delay and high-pressure tactic to sell warranty and add-ons. I was too tired of waiting and had to drive back so I agreed to buy some warranty knowing that I could cancel at later days. On 4/22/23 I called Richard to cancel the warranty and he would not response to me for days, until he finally gave in and gave me false information that I would not get the refund because the vehicle was financed with BMW. After verifying with BMW Finances, Richard finally gave in that he gave me wrong information, and his boss Lourdes Ymson said she has submitted a request for the refund on 4/28/23 and it would takes 6-8 weeks for me to get the check. I have canceled multiple warranties before and the longest I’ve waited was 2-3 weeks. Over the next 2 months, I emailed the GM Maria Alaoui and Finance Director Lourdes Ymsom multiple times, never received a single response from Maria acknowledging and only 1 single time from Lourdes with zero effort to resolve or follow up. As of today, 8/15/23, yes 20 weeks after the initial cancellation, I called BMW Financial, and they said they have not seen a check issue from BMW of West Houston. This dealership went completely silence on me and basically stole thousand of dollars from me by ignoring my request for the warranty cancellation. I have filed a complaint and has a case number with BMW Customer Care last week, I supposed to receive a call from this dealership now because it has been escalated twice, but as of today, not even a single call. PLEASE BEWARE of these thiefs!!! More
Jose Martell was our Sales Associate and he was amazing. Inventory is low but he walked us through the process of ordering the car. Explained all the features and kept us updated on the process. Though we had to wait ~13 months to take delivery of our i4, once it arrived Olga was very thourough and professional in explaining the workings of this vehicle. The experience with Crystal Ocasio, Baba (Sales Manager) and Kenneth (finance) has been superb. I was scheduled to test drive a X3. However by the time I got to the dealership, the X3 was sold. He was very knowledgeable, personable and overall very focused on providing the best information for me to make a decision. Crystal followed up the next day with a very competitive quote for another 530i I had liked. The entire process from that point on till we agreed on the trade-in value & total price for the car was very amiable and reasonable. I was dreading the finance section of the transaction. Kenneth was excellent in his approach and customer orientation. I have had many bad experiences with finance depts at dealerships selling very good cars. Ken was very focused on explaining the various documents I was signing and answering my questions on additional services - with no pressure sales tactics to push unwanted warranties. I really enjoyed the experience. All of them should be commended for their work ethic and customer focus. More

Whether you're looking for dream car, family car, daily driver I truly believe BMW of West Houston has it all, but if you're like me you don't like high pressured sales, but someone who generally cares abo driver I truly believe BMW of West Houston has it all, but if you're like me you don't like high pressured sales, but someone who generally cares about ypur needs and getting the job done for YOU then I would absolutely recommend finding Jose, even if you gotta drive across Houston to find this guy. Most transparent, personable, down to earth car salesman Ive ever worked with. He was patient with me (worked with me for 2-3 weeks straight) he didn't want me to buy any car until I felt it was the ONE, and he was determined to help me get the best deal he could possibly get for me. He made sure when I found the ONE he held onto it, and tried to reserve it as long as he could for me. When it came down to it, I was able to walk away with the most amazing family car I could ever want, keeping my little one safe, my fiance protected, and having a great luxurious ride. My ENTIRE family and I will be a client of not only BMW west Houston for life, but most importantly a client of Jose's for life!! More
This far by far the worse experience I’ve had at any dealership. The VERY same day I drove off the dealership I got a message on the car to contact roadside assistance, I then sent a picture to my sales dealership. The next day the check engine light comes on he tells me to bring it back in and an advisor will look at it. Well I work during the week so I wasn’t able to bring it in, I would have to wait until the weekend to bring it. I was planning on bring the car in on Saturday but Friday I’m driving and I noticed the lights wouldn’t turn on in the car, I advised him of that too he said no problem bring it we’ll check it out but before weekend the car stopped in the middle of me driving and wouldn’t turn back on. The car had towed to BMW. The next day they told me to come pick up the car and assured me that it was just the battery, it was drained from transporting it from Germany. I even spoke with the advisor manager he assured me that they did an inspection on the car and it passed so I had nothing to worry about. Only for it to happy the next day again. Mind you this is 2023 X6 that was customized. This time they gave me a loaner car that was fine until it started pouring down raining I turn on my windshield wipers THE BLADE is missing on the driver side. I ended up hitting a curb! I had to pull over and wait 30 minutes before I could drive again. It would’ve been worse, I honestly could’ve killed myself because of BMW carelessness! It’s been over two weeks they have had my car and the car is only three weeks old. I would not recommend BMW to anyone. This is a 2023 I shouldn’t be having any issues with this car and I haven’t even had the car a month now. More
