So impressed with BMW of West Houston and especially Joanna our service advisor. We got a Powertrain Malfunction error while driving out of town. Pulled into the service bay with no appt. the service dept. is horrible. i have been trying to get some warranty work done for over a month. My sales advisor will not respond. After complaining for 2 weeks my service advisor finally called back sim some warranty work done for over a month. My sales advisor will not respond. After complaining for 2 weeks my service advisor finally called back simply to lie to me about the process. this is by far the worst experience ive had with any dealership. needless to say i will not give them any more of my money!!!!
