I brought my vehicle in at 7:40am on 3/20/25 for an oil change and repair of part of my coolant system. As of 3/21/25 at 11:20am, I still don't have my vehicle back. The service representative is very nice More

Brogan I brought my vehicle in at 7:40am on 3/20/25 for an oil change and repair of part of my coolant system. As of 3/21/25 at 11:20am, I still don't have my vehicle back. The service representative is very nice, but she seems to be extremely busy all day and unable to answer calls or even return calls from messages left. She's extremely knowledgeable and very helpful as to what repairs need immediate attention for repair but the less than communication has me 2nd guessing if I even want to bring my car back for anything. Maybe this location needs more staff to help or maybe more than just one appointed service representative should be allowed to help with incoming calls and giving updates to customers. Waiting on one appointed representative when they may have more than they're fair share of customers to handle is just completely disappointing. Having customers in limbo without adequate, timely communication is unacceptable. And as an added bonus, I generally work Mon -Fri. It was not communicated to me until really late evening on Thursday, 3/20/25, that I would not get my vehicle back until the next day. Thank goodness I happened to be off these two days but I've still been very inconvenienced with this entire process.
