BMW of Wesley Chapel acknowledges responsibility for the damage to my vehicle. It is suggested that Brian, the sales/ops manager, focuses on sales/ops responsibilities and refrains from actions that the damage to my vehicle. It is suggested that Brian, the sales/ops manager, focuses on sales/ops responsibilities and refrains from actions that may intimidate customers who have entrusted their vehicles' care to the establishment. I am revising my star rating from 2 to 1 due to the following issues: 1. Misgendering by Loaner Vehicle Employee, Jodi, on multiple occasions, which is unacceptable given my clearly identified gender. 2. Brian's failure to issue an apology and his delay of over 2 hours in addressing the loaner vehicle situation, along with his refusal to compensate for diminished value resulting from the damage incurred. It is important to note that regardless of the type of damage, diminished value compensation is warranted. Moreover, the failure to report this incident to Carfax perpetuates their deceptive practices, exacerbating the situation. 3. Lack of response to numerous emails, complaints, and demands, reflecting a pattern of deceptive business practices. Efforts to resolve these issues have been hindered by the lack of proactive communication from management, exemplified by the General Manager's contact with Brian instead of directly engaging with me to address the concerns. These issues underscore the need for transparency and accountability in business dealings, and I trust that BMW of Wesley Chapel will take appropriate measures to rectify these shortcomings. More
