I had a dead battery, my car still under warranty, when I picked up my car they not only changed the battery but fixed several little things I wasn't even aware of! Friendly staff, eager to serve, very responsive to emails and phone calls unlike our previous BMW dealer. BMW of Wesley Chapel was eager to earn our business and they did. We chose them to purchase our 2 bra and phone calls unlike our previous BMW dealer. BMW of Wesley Chapel was eager to earn our business and they did. We chose them to purchase our 2 brand new cars (2021 X5 M50i and M240i) from instead of our old dealer who didn't bother to return calls or emails about buying. Andrew Powell, and the managers, were very happy to answer any questions we had. We were more than satisfied with the prices of both cars and were pleasantly surprised that we were able to get some extra incentives too. It is a brand new BMW dealership and its actual BMW showroom and 7 story car lot is still being built. It's going to be gorgeous when it's finished. They work out of their current Mini of Wesley Chapel showroom for now. They have a nice sitting area with drinks and snacks and TV. They also introduced us to a service advisor, Javier, who took the time to answer our questions. Everyone we've met there has been professional and made a good impression. We haven't used their service department yet, but we will be bringing our 2014 X5 there soon for its regular service instead of our previous dealer. More
