Ultimately the price was good but the experience at the dealership was sub par for BMW. I've purchased several luxury brands previously including BMW and this was by far the least professional experience. dealership was sub par for BMW. I can understand the challenge of having your inventory of site, but fix the problem for your guests. Don't make it my problem. IE: setup a shuttle or something to make it more seamless. Also I never met the sales manager or anyone else besides a few of the salesmen. I won't be back. More

It's nice to have qualified BMW service closer to home. I previously went to Reeves. Jordan and the service team were pleasant and professional. It took about 3 hours (I waited there) to do the oil change. I had asked for a tire rotation but they forgot to do that.
