Jordan was great. We had a couple hiccups during our last visit regarding the timing of some parts needed for repair. The only area which could use a tiny bit of improvement is keeping the customer up last visit regarding the timing of some parts needed for repair. Excellent service however parts took much longer than expected to be received. I was without my car for more than one week. Not service related, but rather the parts department did not send out for a replacement fob when requested after having paid for the original product. Tomorrow will be 21 days since we started and they have not send out for a replacement fob when requested after having paid for the original product.
