Ended up purchasing a used car here and they could not have made it easier. Excellent service. Ready for me and had the vehicle and papers ready when I arrived. Called receptionist to make a service appointment on my vehicle. She couldn’t wait to transfer me, left me on hold for almost 5 minutes then picked up again and asked who am I holding for!!🤦♀️ Tri vehicle. I spent a couple of days looking for ways to ship the car to California and then a weekend hit. I was out of touch all day Saturday and called both Michael and Blake on Sunday but neither returned my call. to California and then a weekend hit. I called Michael the first thing on Monday and didn't get a return until late that morning. I asked for a copy of the CPO and service papers. Michael called me later that day and said it had been sold. Obviously they were putting me off because they had another buyer interested. I understand all that but a courtesy call to me since I showed a lot of interest on Friday, Sunday and Monday to tell me someone else was looking seriously at the car. I would have "committed" immediately. That's the way "used-car" salesmen work. Get over it. Jim More

BMW of Tyler is great! Jim Teeter has a great crew working for him. I don't know of many dealerships today where the owner comes to you and personally works out the deal. Bob Murray and Blake Huffman working for him. I don't know of many dealerships today where the owner comes to you and personally works out the deal. Bob Murray and Blake Huffman along with Mr. Teeter bent over backwards to do everything they could to get a deal we could all agree on and get me in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. They have lots of nice vehicles in their pre-owned lot not just BMW's. If you're in need of another vehicle go see the guys and gals at BMW of Tyler. More
This was probably the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a car. Michael Farmer was awesome and so was the owner Jim Teeter. I did my research on my trade plus the car my wife liked. I went i ever had buying a car. Michael Farmer was awesome and so was the owner Jim Teeter. I did my research on my trade plus the car my wife liked. I went in with numbers down that I wanted to see and also called and spoke to Michael direct to set an appointment. When we arrived Michael let us test drive without him going with us, never mentioned a trade, pulling credit or get paperwork started. We test drove the car and upon arrival back to dealership went inside to work numbers. They immediately removed all rebates and incentives, evaluated my trade and came back to us within 10-15 minutes. We worked a better trade value and that is when Jim Teeter came in to speak to us. Jim also greeted us when we arrived, offered us a drink and help. There was no haggling, beating around the bush etc. Jim and Michael hit the numbers perfect and we left for lunch. No holding us or our car hostage as most dealers do. The wife over lunch told me she wanted to purchase so we went back to dealership. We signed the papers and Michael toon is to meet all the service team, finance team and everyone in the office. In all my car buying experiences I have never met the GM much less the owner. Jim was great very down to earth and just someone that wanted our business long term not to just sell one car. Michael Farmer was straight up, treated us like family and got to know us even though we never met. I will be a loyal customer and can’t wait to do more business in the future. More
