Took my 2022 M4 Competition in for a leak on the front passenger side. After waiting about an hour or so Joe came over to tell me that I have aftermarket springs on my car and it caused my strut to burst. passenger side. After waiting about an hour or so Joe came over to tell me that I have aftermarket springs on my car and it caused my strut to burst. I stated, thats impossible the springs specs are within the requirements of bmw. Joe also went on to say that we've also found that your car is tuned. I said no my car is not ECU tuned. Joe then states that he's sending pics to bmw and my warranty will most likely be voided. I said why?? That's impossible for springs to cause the struts to burst, it must be a malfunction. I got my husband on the phone and Joe was so rude and disrespectful to him. Every question my husband asked Joe it seem to get him more frustrated and rude. As I was asking questions I also experienced Joe attitude. Seem like Joe was more focused on what he could find that would void my warranty then helping me. That's all he kept talking about was voiding the warranty. Joe then threw his hands up and said " I'm not dealing with this" and walked away. I later found out he went to speak with a manager. When they brought my car out I went to get a second opinion and was told that they didn't torque my tire back to the manufacturer specs which is another safety issue, putting me in danger. As I started to observe my car I noticed a plug hanging under the steering wheel near the pedals. They completely removed the panels under the steering wheel looking for what else they could find to void my warranty and left a plug hanging near the pedals which again is another safety issue. There only concern was what they could find to void my warranty. I have been a customer for over 15 years and this is my 4th bmw. And I must say this type of treatment for a long term customer is something I would never expect. They have lost a dedicated loyal customer and I will never go there again nor recommend them to anyone. This is the worse experience I've had and shame on you bmw of turnersville. The non concern and care was just shocking. You give customer service a bad name especially representing such a big company as BMW. More
