Mr. Spilsbury, I understand that salesmen and honesty generally don't go hand and hand but what I feel that what your dealership was doing was just out right fraud. I may be a woman but I am educated enough to know what fraud is ... Maybe your sales manager Kevin and salesman Steve are not aware so here you go. fraud frôd/ noun 1. wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. "he was convicted of fraud" synonyms: fraudulence, cheating, swindling, embezzlement, deceit, deception, double-dealing, chicanery, sharp practice; More swindle, racket, deception, trick, cheat, hoax; informalscam, con, rip-off, sting, gyp, fiddle, bunco, hustle, grift a person or thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualities. "mediums exposed as tricksters and frauds" synonyms: impostor, fake, sham, charlatan, quack, mountebank I came in to purchase a car which they knew was damaged And they were more than willing to sell this car to me knowing this. I don't know how you can fix the situation since I can't afford to purchase a new vehicle and can't trust that I won't be sold a piece of junk. If you have any suggestions please advise me otherwise I will continue to let every person that I come in contact with know about your fraudulent dealership.
