A very pleasant experience. For several months, I was experiencing vibration, which worsened as the speed of the car increased. Although this was reported to my dealership at a routine maintenance visit, the issue was not investigated. The problem continued to worsen, but my phone calls and messages were not returned. Out of frustration, I called BMW of Turnersville, on Friday 6-5-20, and was immediately connected with a Service Advisor, Mr. Franklin DeVita, who offered me an appointment for the following Monday 6-8-20, at 7:30 am. Upon arrival, I was impressed with how carefully Frank listened to my concern and conducted a brief inspection of the vehicle. In less than one hour, Brian the technician, uncovered a bubble on the inside wall of the left-front tire which encompassed almost one quarter of the tire circumference. Additionally, he was able to show me that both front wheels were deformed and would need to be straightened. I was given a loaner car even though my car had not been purchased there and this was my first visit at BMW of Turnersville. I couldn't be happier. The problem was quickly and correctly diagnosed, Frank and Brian were extremely courteous, attentive and professional, the problem was corrected, the price was reasonable, and BMW of Turnersville has another customer.
