When I first walked in everyone was pleasant I told the sales rep I had an 3pm appointment, which the dealership contacted me 3times to make sure I was coming in.Finally get there and someone else is test driving the vehicle and ended up purchasing it. The sale rep and one of the managers had me wait while the couple were making a decision on if they were going to purchase or not. It was such an inconvenience for me to drive all the way to the dealership which I was pre—approve for just to find out someone else had purchased the vehicle without having an appointment or just having consideration on telling the couple I had an appointment first and they had to wait to see if I wanted to purchase the vehicle first.... to make a long story short I went to BMW in MT. Laurel and purchased and was treated well. More
