We haven't been able to meet eye to eye on cost, but that hasn't stopped me from trying. Repeatedly. <br><br>I first dealt with Wayne who is a stand up guy with a comfortable approach. When Wayne was out, Chris took over. Chris is enthusiastic and passionate about cars. I like that in a salesman, especially with evocative cars like BMW's.
