So my car BMW x5 was sent by a collision center to Tucson BMW to be inspected for computer problems after a minor accident , I received a call after 2 days from Chelsea who claimed it is all water damage and BMW to be inspected for computer problems after a minor accident , I received a call after 2 days from Chelsea who claimed it is all water damage and it is not covered by warranty and insisted it is not covered by Insurance and It will cost me $2300. when I said no water was spilled and what other explanation you have , she simply was ignorant about the car and on the phone she is yelling at the mechanics to answer my questions, so no one knows ,then she got upset and unprofessional when I insisted to know. simply her answer was take it or leave it, so I went to pick up the car , I found it there under a tree with at least an inch of dust and a new scratch and seats not adjusted, Unfortunately no one available to talk to you and Chelsea not available to talk to- she figured I won't be fixing the car there anyway. Overall rude, Ignorant, more expensive in comparison to Phoenix and unprofessional dealership. Finally , I drove the car to North Scottsdale BMW and the car was fixed and the insurance paid for it.North Scottsdale BMW made great effort to work with me and force the insurance to come and check the car themselves, they gave me a BMW loner and the car was fixed in 2 business days as promised. I'm a physician and I told the story to few of my friends who owns BMW and they all laughed, because apparently it is known in the hospital you never buy from Tucson BMW dealer.. More
I went into BMW Tucson to look for a very specific car they took care of me and addressed all my concerns and help me get into the car I wanted. For the sake of saving my parents' hard-earned money, I made it a point to be a difficult customer wherever I went to look at cars and I appreciate that you were still no nice to us through-out. You definitely were extremely personable and patient with us and I appreciate it. I can see how you have so many plaques in your office. Hopefully, I will be just as successful in my field as you are in yours! Anyways, just wanted to say thanks. Will see you when I pick up the car. As being a return BMW buyer.....I must say, I am not the easiest person to deal with when making a purchase on a new car, especially with the cliche's of car dealerships and car salesmen, however, the exper easiest person to deal with when making a purchase on a new car, especially with the cliche's of car dealerships and car salesmen, however, the experience at BMW Tucson was priceless. Client Advisor/Salesman/ Bill Metcalf, is the person you want to guide you in your purchase of a vehicle. He is professional, very educated on all BMW models and has a down to earth personality(which is very refreshing). He is very thorough in explaining all aspects of the vehicle. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing anything. He will not push you into something you don't want,or can't afford, just to make a sale. (But you need to know what vehicle you want, don't waste anyone's time). John Bondi is the Finance & Insurance Manager, who also was wonderful in the closing documents and explaining everything in detail. It is very hard to impress me, but I must give kudos to these two gentlemen, they definitely made our experience a worth while deal breaker. When you go to BMW Tucson to purchase a vehicle, rest assured, this dealership will assist you with the best knowledge and give you confidence of your choice of vehicle. Also,a pleasant mention of Ted Lawton, General Sales Manager, who introduced himself, even when he wasn't in the full lime light of the purchase of the vehicle, he had alot of influence on our purchase experience. Typically, he isn't the guy you usually see, but he purposely introduced himself to make sure all was satisfactory with our decision. In every step from walking the lot, to driving off the lot, these three people made our vehicle purchase outstanding. With all this being said, my next purchase will be at BMW Tucson.
