We required a 60,000 mile check up. While in Texas, we also were told by BMW AUTOBAHN in Fort Worth Texas that the passenger restraint failure in our car was not covered by any warrantee and that it would also were told by BMW AUTOBAHN in Fort Worth Texas that the passenger restraint failure in our car was not covered by any warrantee and that it would cost $1,400. While at BMW of Tuscan, our service Rep. named Hope researched the restraint issue and found that it was covered by BMW warrantee, she contacted Ft Worth Autobahn ( who by the way did not retain history of an oil leak or restraint issue in our electronic file), was transferred numerous times while trying to get the fault code for the failure which was probably only in paper record form, in order for Hope not to request a duplicate test to be performed and avoid an extra 60.00 charge to us, resulting in the repair of our restraint system at no cost to us. Our warranty company, Direct Warranty would not cover the full price to fix our oil leak on the oil filter system, so Hope contacted the Service department manager and he/she approved a waiver or they absorbed the difference that the Warranty guys wouldn't cover. Hope was awesome, accommodating, on time and maintain telephone contact with us on the status of our car. As full time RVers/snowbirds, I will make it a point to defer any maintenance to our car and wait until we can get to BMW of Tuscan. The Best! Thanks Hope! More

I don't like the whole process of buying new vehicles--something to do with pushy salesmen and the whole "take the price back to the manager" thing. In the end, I wasn't given the discounts I was promised, the saleman and manager tried to make me sign the paperwork without reading it. (They hadn't notated the deposit I made.) I did get the vehicle I wanted but for $2000 more than was originally agreed upon. I was just happy to finally leave with my new vehicle and not face them again. We'll see what happens when I have to go back for the included service. More
The first time I visited this dealership (Nov 2012) I could not get any assistance. There did not seem to be any other customers at the time, but apparently all of the sales people were busy. The second visit (Dec 2012), a salesman was available, but was super high pressured, and kept attempting to sell me on the superiority of BMW over Mercedes Benz. The whole experience was unpleasant, and lost BMW a 5 series sale. I am very happy with my Mercedes Benz E550. I more than likely will not consider a BMW again. More
Took the car in for 3 minor issues. None were resolved. First I was neglected then treated rudely. Can only hope next time is better. I moved to Tucson a few years ago and initially made the commute to Phoenix to get my car serviced due. Over the past two years I started taking my car to BMW Tucson and could not be anything but pleased. I have worked with Ernie Buck, one of the sales managers, and Jade Hilliard, a service adviser. From the steps of service of when I pull up to drop my car off, to making sure I am happy with the products and services they offer, they really do care about their products and their customers. In my recent trip, there was a problem with my car that had to be taken car of out of warranty and could have been expensive. Upon speaking with both Ernie and Jade we came up with a solution. They went out of their way and their busy schedule to address the situation and the potential safety hazards that could have arisen if this problem did not get fixed. I have never dealt with such an amazing customer service experience and team. If your a BMW owner or are looking to purchase a new/used BMW, Tucson BMW is a really phenomenal car dealership. Do not waste your time going to Pheonix when you can get better customer service and a better overall experience down in Tucson. More
I live in Tucson. This was my first purchase experience with BMW. I shopped several dealers in Phoenix while I was test driving various configurations, and while all the dealerships were pleasant to deal with BMW. I shopped several dealers in Phoenix while I was test driving various configurations, and while all the dealerships were pleasant to deal with, the Tucon BMW dealership was the friendliest. On my first visit, I test drove a 335i sedan with George who was very helpful in pointing out the features of the car. He was respectful, listened, and did not pressure me at all. I did my research, and came back to Tucson to see if we could swing a deal that worked for me and for them. George was unable to assist me on this visit, but put me in contact with Clark Kobey. I presented them with the configuration that I wanted to order and I told them the price that they needed to give me to earn my business. Clark worked with me to get the financial bottom line to work for all of us, and was extremely professional and low pressure throughout the discussion. It took about an hour and my order was in the system, with an extremely quick build date. Since Tucson BMW is affiliated with Autonation, they were able to swap production dates with one of their other dealerships and give me a production date one week away. Tucson BMW isn't located in the city so that saved me almost 2% in the sales tax as an extra bonus. In short I was able to get exactly the car I wanted for the price I wanted in a very professional manner. Now I am patiently waiting for my car to be built and delivered. More
My experience with Juan and the red of the BMW staff was wonderful. I did the entire process by email and text, really made it hassle free and didn't have to sit at the dealership for hours. I was looking for a sports car after my motorcycle accident. I had gone to several dealerships, and had looked on line. I did find a few and went to look at them. In each case the vehicle was misrep accident. I had gone to several dealerships, and had looked on line. I did find a few and went to look at them. In each case the vehicle was misrepresented. On one visit to a dealship the salesman had been drinking. I left that dealship and drove to BMW accross the the street. Salesman Ron Metcalf came over to wear I was standing and offered his help. I told him of my plight being forced to by a vehicle after my bike accident. I knew I wanted spots car with a moon roof or a convertible. He was very friendly and not at all pushy. He let my wife and I walk the lot while he stood back and observed but always ready to answer a question. I found this 2000 BMW Z3 roadster in excellent condition with less then 55K miles. The dealship had gone through the vehicle and even replaced the tires. Ron showed me some paperwork that showed everything that had been done to the vehicle. At this point we went for a test drive and I was hooked. I pointed out some minor things I wanted fixed and he agreed even before we had agreed on a price. Everytime I have taken my vehicle back for service I have been offered a loaner without having to ask. It was a very pleasurable exprience working with Ron and the dealship. I will be going back to purchase my next vehicle. I will definitly recommend Ron and Tucson BMW. More
