Angelic Sanchez was AMAZING to say the least. We found her to be kind, friendly, straight-forward and very willing to work, research and address things for us. It’s interesting to note that when going from dealer to dealer, we found ourselves building a ‘shield’ to ward off the typical sales and closing techniques but what we found at BMW of Tucson was that they were actually quite genuine and simply willing to do what it took to help us find the right car. The more we talked with Angelic, it was easy to see that we could let down our defenses and just work with her and her team – which is a refreshing change from many dealers we encountered. She actually went above and beyond on everything we asked. Ernie and John were also both helpful, friendly and simply willing to talk and offer options and ideas. We sincerely appreciated their attitude, style and approach as well. Without a doubt, we will definitely be going back to them as a dealer and we will certainly be looking forward to working with Angelic again. More
Both Michael and Greg were awesome to work with. Went out of their way to be accomodating and helpful. We have owned 7 and 5 series BMW's, the last being a 2002 530i which we purchased new and kept it till this last year. It was the best. Having purchased many vehicles in my 65 years, I find the one thing that makes the difference is the dealer and the attention and service you receive in the process. When the time came to part with our 530, we over course would continue to stay with BMW as our main vehicle. Since we have homes in Washington and Arizona and chose to drive from one to the other, we decided on an X5. Living outside Tucson, we chose to visit BMW of Tucson. We have used auto brokers to purchase vehicles in the past (we currently have 4 vehicles) and felt that after seeing and driving the X5 we would shop the best price. From the moment we entered BMW Tucson we were treated like family even though we had never purchased a vehicle from them. Meredith Adams answered all our questions to our satisfaction and arranged for a test drive of bothe the gasoline engine and diesel. Following our test drives, we left to research cost for the vehicle we would decide upon. There was no pressure. Once we had arrived at the best price we could get from other sources, we returned to BMW Tucson just to see if they could come close. We are now driving a new X5 diesel which we purchase from BMW Tucson. The General Manager, Michael Famileti continues to check on us to make sure all is well. I don't know where to begin to express what a pleasant car buying experience I had! First of all everyone in the dealership is extremely friendly, courteous, professional and made me feel very comfortable car buying experience I had! I would have to give much credit to the General Manager Michael for setting the tone in the dealership for how wonderful the employees treat everyone that enters the dealership. I think we all know it starts at the top! If it wasn't for Michael I would not be in my new car. After four Mercedes I never thought I would buy or lease anything else. Michael and his staff especially Clark are extremely knowledgeable of their products, worked incredibly hard and made it so easy for me. I just handed them my Mercedes keys and they did the rest. I have already and will continue to recommend BMW of Tucson any chance I get! More
Bought my wife a 2009 BMW 550i for her birthday 11/09. Everything seemed in order and she was very happy. Shortly after the purchase I started hearing noise coming, from what sounded like, the front of th Everything seemed in order and she was very happy. Shortly after the purchase I started hearing noise coming, from what sounded like, the front of the vehicle. We made several driving trips and the noise was persistant and getting louder. I took the car in several times to have it checked out. each time I was told everything was OK, but the noise was still there. We were getting ready for a long road trip and wanted the car checked again since the noise was still there. We had at that time about 15K MI on the car. This time I was told the rear tires were shot and should be replaced before going on the road. BMW also recommended a wheel alignment, which they did and found 3 of 4 wheels were out of specs and the 4th nearly so. I replaced the rear tires and off we went on our 6000 MI road trip starting in late July. Before we got to our first destination the road noise was back. By the end of the trip, mid Sept. the noise was as loud as ever. Back to BMW Tucson I went. Was told the front tires were cupping, thus causing the noise and that they also needed to be replaced. During all of this time I visited several tire shops and two other BMW dealerships (Denver and Houston). Each time I heard the same thing, faulty tires and/or wheel alignment. This brought me to the conclusion that the car was out of spec when it was delivered to my wife. Because misaligned tires don't manifest themselves until several thousands of miles later and progressively get worse, which I believe was the case for my wife's car. I presented my theory to BMW and was told they were not responsible and I would need to deal with it myself. I expressed dissatisfaction with their decision. BMW countered with paying for one of the front tires. I was still not satisfied as my position was that BMW had more responsibility than that. I asked to speak to the Service Manager, Arleyne Bishop. I explained my position to her about my belief that the car was out of spec at delivery and what I thought BMW should do about it. I wasn't looking for a free set of new tires, but rather a more equitable solution, like 50/50 since I did get half the use of the tires. Arleyne went to work to find a resolution and she did! The result was BMW replaced the front tires and did another wheel alignment to insure the car was right when it rolled out the door. It is so nice to ride in a quiet, comfortable luxury car again. I found Arleyne to be professional, concerned, helpful, courteous and determined to regain a satisfied customer, which she did! She always did what she said she was going to do and called with updates when she said she would. I have a lot of confidence in her and you all need to keep her working with and for your customers! I originally brought in my 2006 325i for service. Unfortunately, it was out of warranty and needed a very expensive repair. My service advisor Thomas was great and explained my options and was very sympathetic to my situation. He got me in touch with the sales dept to see what could be done if I decided to trade it in. When I went in I spoke with both Clark and Rick and I felt that they were really trying to help and provide the best outcome possible for me. They showed me several new cars and one in particular that I loved! They offered me more than I expected for my trade-in and got me a great offer on a new one. I loved my car and was sad that I had to get rid of it. But I was so happy with how this situation worked out. I really was impressed with the service and sales staff. I never felt any pressure to buy or to hurry and make a decision. The first time I went in to speak with Clark, he even recommended that I hold on to the loaner another day so my husband and I could have time to decide what we wanted to do. Overall, my experience was so positive that I am happy to recommend this dealership. More
My wife and I went to this dealer to test drive two cars to see if we wanted to buy a BMW. We did not know any of the employees and got Mike Freeman by luck, as he handles the internet sales. We were impressed with the car during test drives, Mike's willingness to give us his time and to answer our novice questions. We left that day unsure if we were going to purchase, but very impressed with the "no pressure" or "hard sell" treatment by Mike. We decided to buy and I dealt with Mike mostly by internet while he located the vehicle we wanted. BMW Tucson swapped cars with a dealership out of town and had the car ready for delivery in short order. This was the best car transaction I have had in a long time. Mike listened, understood what I wanted and met my needs. He played no games, never pressured, kept me fully informed. He was very responsive to any questions I had. Hard to admit, since I would rather go to the dentist than negotiate with a car dealer, but this was a very pleasurable experience. We have not been to service yet, but hope they are up to the level of the new car sales department. More
