Worst BMW purchase experience ever, go somewhere else Purchased a NEW 2018 330 in Sept of 2019...magically didn't disclose they had put the car warranty in service nearly 2 years ago and the warranty and Purchased a NEW 2018 330 in Sept of 2019...magically didn't disclose they had put the car warranty in service nearly 2 years ago and the warranty and maintenance were ticking off the clock. Also forced me, as an out of state buyer, to title my car without my approval in Arizona that resulted in months of extra work and money to fix their screw up. I tried extensively to get help from them with the warranty and finally after 9 months trying to get them to communicate with me and getting the AZ Attorney General involved (which was a waste of time) wrote to BMW USA and got an area sales manager that fixed the problem in a few days. I've purchased and owned BMW's for 20 years and have never experienced anything like this in terms of washing their hands of any responsibility. BMW Tucson ruined the purchase experience, doesn't follow up, lies and will cheat you to get a deal out the door. Avoid Martin, Brett and the GM Mr. Giamacozzi. Go somewhere else to find your new BMW. More

John and the team at BMW of Tucson did everything in their power to get me into my car, including offering to buy us lunch! It was a long day, but so worth it! I had a $500 rebate with my insurance company USAA. I told the salesman prior to coming in. On the day I purchased my BMW the salesman was attempting to get the voucher when he was hung up on. Unbeknowns told the salesman prior to coming in. On the day I purchased my BMW the salesman was attempting to get the voucher when he was hung up on. Unbeknownst me, he gave up entirety. Four days later, I brought in the printout with 2 places they needed to fill out. They completely disregard my request, I didn't find this out until 20 days later. When asked they blew me off and told me "it was too late to take advantage of the offer" . Martin is the manager that helped me. He has left me regretting the entire deal. He treated me like it is his decision whether I get the rebate offered specifically to me by my insurance. Do not buy a car from these people. They will say anything like "we only want to do right by you". Once the deal is done, you are done. This is my 3rd BMW I have purchased. Never have I experienced such unprofessional, low standard, at a BMW dealership. Having all the texts messages, that prove this is exactly what happened. Martin is definitely not professional and doesn't live up to his slogan. Worst experience ever. More

We arranged a visit for as soon as i could get there. After viewing the vehicle we went for a test ride and my trade in was evaluated. As we were awaiting for the evaluation Tyler answered all my questions and there were no high pressure tactics. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and extremely pleasant and the offer for my trade in was very acceptable. The deal was was accomplished with no glitches, thanks to Tyler and the rest of the involved staff. All in all a very pleasant experience. More

I went in thinking I would be interested in a new X1 or perhaps X3 and after discussing my car wants/needs and budget concerns with Tommy, he recommended a certified preowned X2, which I wasn’t even aware of previously but quickly discovered was the perfect car for me! I was also impressed with the professional service provided by financial services manager Zane Moore, who actually found an extra cost reduction on our lease! More

Things are getting much better. I have been a customer of Tucson BMW since 2000, both service and purchase/lease. At first, everything went smoothly, However, it seems that service d I have been a customer of Tucson BMW since 2000, both service and purchase/lease. At first, everything went smoothly, However, it seems that service deteriorated with the takeover by AutoNation, Rarely did we see the same service advisor. Many were from Honda and I want someone familiar with BMW. We had a recent issue with a key and were told to make an appointment when it was not necessary. Early morning arrival, 40 mi round trip. Needless to say we were annoyed, However, we saw a large sign from the new manager, Tracy Moorman, saying he was ready to assist. We called, explained our problems and he said they would be addressed. More recently, we needed our normal service, We did get to speak to Tracy and left feeling that the dealership now had the leadership it needed, (The previous manager was from California and it seemed he felt he was demoted to Tucson, and upset to be located here.) We did get our regular service advisor, Steven Joseph. We asked about new tires, and were given not only a reasonable price, but also a discount on the alignment, He also recommended coming in before our service warrantee ran out. In all, someone who cared and a different, much better experience than before. More
